Who We Are

We are an experienced building company that is passionate about sustainability. We have a highly skilled team of dedicated and professional people that are experts in their fields. We construct both simple and complex  extensions, using various methods to best suit each project.

Our aim is to have a great relationship with every client and ensure that we make their plans a reality.

Initially we conduct a site visit to discuss the project and any technical requirements, such as structural alterations and drainage. We can also advise on interior requirements, including kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. This is followed by a fully itemised quote.

With every project a small works contract is issued, which provides protection to both client and builder. We also agree a payment schedule, breaking the total cost into stage payments that are paid on completion of each individual phase of the build. FCS holds £5 million public liability insurance and £10 million personal liability insurance.

Once contracted to build your extension, FCS takes full control of the project, from inception through to completion. We ensure that every aspect of the build is to the complete satisfaction of both our client and building control. We have an excellent relationship with many suppliers, so we can often provide savings on list prices.
